At Hazard Hunters, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you conquer the elements, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hazard Hunters account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
